It was my first time ordering from this company but I'd happily order again. The process was simple and efficient, I didn't worry once about any deliveries between myself and them. I was kept fully up to date throughout the process. It is a long process and although the wait felt like forever, it was worth it when my necklace arrive.

I purchased 3 necklaces for my granddaughters. They are beautiful and of the very best quality. I also purchased a paperweight for myself which again is very good quality and beautiful. Communication throughout the process was exceptional. The packaging is also very good. I attached photo of paperweight.

The end product is absolutely beautiful and so well made, it’s a work of art. They advise you every step of the way, until your loved ones ashes are returned to you. I am so pleased with the charm bead that I ordered from Ashes into Glass. It fits perfectly on my bracelet (purchased separately). I love it. My sister recommended this service as she had previously purchased an item to remember her mother in law and i cannot recommend Ashes into Glass enough. Everything from start to finish was dealt with respect and dignity for my brothers ashes. We wanted to get something for our Mam for Christmas and this is the perfect gift of remembrance. We ordered well in advance and they do state their delivery times a few. times so we made sure there was plenty of it. The images in the brochure do not do the end results justice, it is absolutely beautiful and my brothers remaining ashes were returned in a lovely little pouch. Everything was included in our first package including plastic ashes bag and a long handle spoon. It's the little things that make it all the better. Thank you so much again for the beautiful first experience with this company. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Having decided that I would order some memorial jewellery, I found this website very easy to use and the products very attractive. I decided to get an inscribed ring and a pair of matching earrings. The free order pack contained a ring measure, which was really helpful. When the jewellery arrived, I was delighted, especially as I had feared that the size might be a bit on the stingy side. Instead it is solidly and beautifully made. The inscription in the ring is nicely done and the purple colour is as described. Overall, I am really pleased with my purchase. I now have some jewellery I am proud to wear which also has a secret message for me, keeping my late husband at my side and in my mind.

Incredible company. The kindest people and the most beautiful jewellery. I first discovered Ashes into Glass when we lost my nanny in 2015 and got a beautiful necklace for her which I wear every single day. 3 months ago we lost our beautiful cat and were heartbroken, but they’d done such an incredible job with the necklace that I knew I needed to get some earrings for my boy I got them today and I love them so much. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and their service. Their customer service has been amazing. And have always responded quickly. The products myself and my mum ordered are absolutely beautiful and the picture just don't do them justice. It is definitely one of the hardest purchases i gave ever had to make after my dad unexpectedly died. We were given a delivery date of 6 weeks from them receiving my order and my order arrived 2 weeks before. I cannot recommend this company and their service highly enough. I will definitely return back to them in the future when the time comes.
