All the guys at ITS are so welcoming and friendly , put you at ease from the get go, sorted my cpcs competance interview with the required standard expected of a well established test centre , I can't recommend them enough. 5stars guys , keep up the good work , and thanks a million.

My first contact was with Lisa in the office who talked me through every bit of information that I needed to know to gain my 10ton and above excavator ticket. I done my theory test with tommy who was very professional and made me feel at ease and welcomed me to the site in Billericay. I hope to use ITS again to complete my nvq in the not too distant future.

Ive just completed my telescopic handlers course & i would just like to say how professional & brillaint the course was. Gary was so helpful & great at training me throughout the week, thank you for helping me passing my course. I would recommend this course to anyone thinking of doing this training.

Omg what can I say.....my trainer Gary what an absolute legend great guy wicked sense of humour at the same time made sure thing were done correctly...drove us madd with questions but for purpose.....I couldn't of had a better tutor....Gary thank you so much mate for opening the door for me even though you ate my chocolate hobnobs... a big thank you 😊 😉😉😉😉😉😉

3 of us attended a 5 day Telehandler course with Sal at the Crays Hill location from 26/07/21- 30/07/21. Sal was absolutely brilliant. He was attentive, calm and very professional. I myself was inexperienced in using a Telehandler so took a while to get used to the controls. But Sal was patient with me and took time to explain my errors so I could correct them. Sal is a credit to the company and everything was top notch. I would highly recommend this company and the trainer Sal.

I highly recommend the training services provided by ITS. I just completed my CPCS Telehandler (A17-c) Course, and am very satisfied by the quality of training for the assessments. My thanks to Tommy and Ben, your patience, friendly attitude and wealth of knowledge gave me the skills and confidence required to pass my test. I hope to complete more training with ITS.

Brilliant instructors and examiners, Tommy was my instructor and gave excellent advice on controlling the Excavator and also gave excellent advice for the upcoming theory exam, Alex was my examiner and he was excellent at the way he was examine the whole process of the theory and practical, excellent people to talk to, will be going back there for more types of cards. Will 100% recommended to anyone wanting to do a CPCS course with them!👍🏾

Terrible experience with ITS. Terrible communication, rude office manager with zero communication or customer service skills and a trainer who didn't teach me the fundamentals to actually pass the theory! This was rectified by another trainer who was great and agreed that I had been let down by the company. I have wasted months of time when I should have been earning as well as a lot of money I couldn't afford in these insecure times. Very disappointed.

Totally enjoy my training experience at industrial training service. Instructors was very patient with my learning process. Alex give a lot of information on the theory and Garry was fantastic with the practical, Tommy carry out the test, theory and the practical and a true gentleman. Overall this on outstanding training centre. Highly recommended.

Would 100% recommend. My teacher Garry was outstanding. Throughout the training he was understanding and his method of teaching was effective and helpful at the same time. All of the staff are friendly and just want to help you. The whole course was broken down into segments and made simple to learn and remember. Outstanding!
